Premier Inn Hemel Hempstead West hotel

We had a great stay over the Halloween weekend, a really comfortable and cozy stay. The location was perfect for what we had planned (Harry Potter studios, Whipsnade zoo, St Albans’s). Reception team were friendly when we checked in & out, otherwise no interaction with the staff. There’s a little station next to reception for extra tea/coffee/milk/sugar for guests to grab if needed, it always seemed well stocked when we went past. Our room was 216, it was very spacious & clean. On one night, it was very warm & stuffy so it made getting to sleep difficult. The aircon doesn’t adjust to cool the room down so we had to open the window. I thought it would be noisy with the dual-carriage way so close but it was quieter than I thought, so it wasn’t an issue sleeping during the night. There were plenty of parking spaces & didn’t have an issue with parking, although did seem quite full later on an evening. The price was very reasonable & very happy with the stay, highly recommend & would 100% stay here again.

From the moment we arrived, our stay at the Premier Inn was simply wonderful. We chose this hotel for our visit to the Warner Brothers Studio Tour in London, and it was the perfect base. The location was incredibly convenient, making our trip to the studio effortless. The staff at this hotel are an absolute credit to the Premier Inn brand. Every single person we encountered was friendly, welcoming, and genuinely dedicated to making our stay as pleasant as possible. The service was impeccable. A special shout-out must go to the manager, who went above and beyond to ensure all our needs were met. Their professionalism and attentiveness were truly outstanding and set a fantastic tone for the entire hotel. The room was spotless, the bed was incredibly comfortable, and we had a peaceful night's sleep, which was exactly what we needed after a day of exploring. We couldn't have asked for a better experience. We highly recommend this Premier Inn and can't wait to return. Thank you for a truly memorable stay!

Usual Premier Inn standard. Staff very friendly and helpful. Has own restaurant in which breakfast was satisfactory. Conveniently located alongside a 24 hour Mcdonalds and a Shell garage, which also has a shop. Pubs a fifteen minute walk away.

Really handy location to get to Harry Potter Studios. Staff at the hotel were incredibly friendly, went out of their way to offer excellent service for our party of 8 (including children). Good food and great service for both breakfast and dinner. Would stay here again.

My Dad was visiting the area and staying at this hotel we came here to meet him for breakfast 1 morning and was given a table in the small seating area. After breakfast service the chef came out and spoke to us and ensured everyone who was still dining at the time enjoyed there breakfast. We got speaking to him and it was so nice to know how much love he has for his meals he prepares and cooks and the passion he has to make all his diners happy. We will definitely return here for dinner or another breakfast soon.

I spent a night here. It was clean, affordable, and if you are driving, it's close to Heathrow airport about 32 minutes. Very friendly staff especially Grant! He made sure we had a very good breakfast. If I do come around Aylesbury again, I will definitely stay here.

The restaurant was very busy but they still managed to accommodate our party of 6 with a smile. Good rooms and excellent service,

A lovely quiet location with plenty of parking. The on-site restaurant, although small, was very good. Evening meal of Thai green curry and a steak - hot and very tasty. Breakfast cooked to order also very good, with a vegetarian alternative. Staff all very friendly, thanks to Grant and Andy (morning) and all other staff - everyone was helpful and a credit to Premier Inn.
